Worden Park

Very nice fun place very clean

Stopped for a play break and bathroom break on our way to DFW. There was a decent sized play area that catered to different ages. The park was clean and so were the bathrooms. We were the only people there. Gave 4 stars because this is clearly a baseball/softball field and different from a playground/picnic park, very limited shade available as well (no mature trees or plants). I also submitted an edit to update the address, the original location on Google took you to the Humane Society. You need to follow the road down further and you can't miss the fields and lights.

Concession stand was open, fields were in good shape, temperature was comfortable, no rain! Great evening to be out!

Great football field, the youth football organization hosts scrimmages before the season and bowl games after, they are great hosts. The concession stand is well stocked and there is a playground and restrooms. Lovely area just outside of town.
