I ordered a fitting and a tig torch and got an email within 24hrs saying they were getting the manufacturing company to ship the parts out since they were closer to my location so I'd receive it faster. They also confirmed the fitting I needed, which I thought was correct but I told I told her the machine it was for and she actually double checked with the manufacturer and her husband (Mr. Tig) and turned out I was wrong so she corrected the order and everything shows up in 2 days! I've watched lots of Mr. Tig videos on Youtube and decided to try his website and very glad I did, the service from Mrs. Tig was amazing and went above and beyond for things I didn't even know I needed.
