Berni and Joey were so great! They came out and delivered and installed the washer/dryer for us and then came back to our house multiple times to check out some initial issues. Then they replaced both the washer and dryer with nicer ones than we paid for. Very trustworthy and hardworking people with great customer service. I highly recommend them!

I bought a washer and a dryer from Joel a year and a half ago for one of my rental properties and couldn’t have been any happier. Two guys showed up on time, waited for me because I was late, installed everything as they should, and were very professional and friendly. Turned out that something blew off on the dryer within the first few weeks and the guys came back and fixed the problem for nothing, but a minimal fee to cover some gas expenses. They gave me guidance to avoid big loads and we went on out ways. The washer and dryer still work and I’m happy I chose this group.

A year and a half later, when I now need to put some appliances in another rental, I didn’t even shop around much. I found Joel on Facebook, told him that I needed 4 different kinds of appliances, he sent me the pictures and prices and we were good to go. It turns out it’s an official business with a website and everything. I’m pleased with the options that were presented, the speed and quality of communication and delivery (which is supposed to happen first thing tomorrow morning). In addition to all of the above, their prices were fair and competitive. I would recommend this firm and Joel for their excellent customer service and good variety of products.
