Staff is really friendly and helpful.
It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and First Federal is that kind of bank. They’ve always shown me kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. I can’t recommend them enough for all your banking needs!
Vianey and Nina always greet me warmly and make my banking experience go smoothly when I visit this branch. I had different questions about opening a new savings account and Nina was very helpful explaining everything to me which was really refreshing since I had come to FFB because my Chase account had a bunch of fraud on it. I had a lot of anxiety about opening a new account since I had my previous bank account for almost 17 years but the people at this branch really made my experience amazing.
