She thoroughly inspects those areas looking for changes(improvement or needing attention), discusses in detail her findings, outlines actions I need to take, and relays all this information to Dr. Nguyen for her advice. After that, she scrapes, cleans, and polishes my teeth to perfection!!!! She is such a caring person that uses her skill to help me maintain/achieve a healthy mouth. Her bubbly personality, friendliness, and sense of humor make each visit a pleasant experience!!!!”

“I really enjoyed my stay here at the Healthcare Resort of Kansas City. I have never met such a nice group of people. Not just one stood out, they were all nice! Any time you ask for help, there is always some one there to help you. The facility is very clean and up to date. There is always something positive going on here whether it’s activities or staff involvement. The rehab gym is great! I loved all my time spent in there and look forward to continue my rehab on an outpatient basis. The outside areas are well kept and very enjoyable to window watch, or sit out there and enjoy the peace and nature.”

“I came here on a Thursday evening for xrays. I didn't know there were specific hours for x-rays and I was after the cut off time. I had taken off work a little early specifically to get this done and I told the young lady at the front desk that. Luckily for me a technician was still in the building and they accommodated me. I work in customer service and I am sure that they were frustrated but they never let on that they were and they were pleasant and kind and very helpful. I was very appreciative And they never made me feel like I was wasting their time or bothering them. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.”
