“Great place for service/warranty work. Kyle (service manager) is very knowledgeable and actually seems to care about your truck (a rarity these days). He understands that it is what you need to earn a living and has always bent over backwards to try to take care of me and get me back on the road ASAP. Also, on a side note, it is one of the few places I have gone to have work done and didn't need to wipe greasy fingerprints off my steering wheel/ door panel and can get back in and the radio isn't cranked up on a different station, so his employees seem to respect your investment as well. I went in to the store because I had been to METRO PCS in the same strip mall and they turned me away even though I have service through them! I needed to transfer my service to a different device and the gentleman there was more than helpful and extremely polite to me and my problem was taken care of quickly and he even told me since I was technically there after store hours that he would transfer my photos onto my new device if I come back in to the store tomorrow!!!”
