This incredibly nice man answered all my extremely detailed questions with ease. Today, two weeks after initially visiting the showroom, my carpet is going in; two guys doing a hallway, two bedrooms, and three closets. They arrived five minutes early (perfect in my book), took a look and got to work. It took them just over three hours to install, which means I still have half a day off to setup and relax. To top it off, they robbed themselves on the price. I would pay more for this level of service, but that's not Bob's way. Quality work at unbeatable prices. That's how Rigdon does it.”
