“I have been a client here for a couple of years and I absolutely LOVE them. Before them I was constantly changing pharmacies trying to find one that was quick and helpful. The service is amazing! They are quick, caring, helpful, friendly and overall the best! They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. If there is a problem with a prescription or with the insurance they take care of it for you without any hesitation. When I had a certain medication and they didn’t have it, they got in contact with a pharmacy that did and took care of it for me until I was able to get the medication with them. I love that they are always private about everything and respect their clients. When we first started with them, my mom would pickup my medication because I was too embarrassed to go. She told me of how friendly they were and so I began going myself, not once have I felt judgment from them! They are very attentive when it comes to refills, I usually get a call that my refill is ready to pickup the day I’m allowed my refill which is usually a day or two before I run out. The have a great at home delivery service, you tell them around what time you are available and they are right there! The staff is also so caring, they have a little jar for donations to help others pay their prescriptions. The pharmacist is very thorough when she explains what and how to use medications. I loveeeee this pharmacy and I encourage others to come here!”

Service: They answered out questions about some dishes such what the "Happy Family" dish is and were polite. Food: Tasted great and fully cooked. Food was warm. I had the Mongolian Beef which was delicious. My sister had the sweet and sour pork. Small bites and not bad tasting. My mom had the Moo Shu Beef. It was also delicious. In reading previous reviews and comparing to our own experience i think it may now be run by new management. The service in this store is impeccable, they greet you with a friendly hello every time, without fail, upon entrance. The dining area is spotless. The sub making line is organized and very proficient which helps when it gets busy. The sub-makers (employees) take genuine care with your sub and don't slop and slap the ingredients in like i've experienced at other competing restaurants. I've also noticed the franchisee/owner? (can't be sure) is always there helping, appreciating and encouraging his staff - it's been very noticeable in the short times we've been at the counter. Not only is it a great place to dine in but i have no doubt it to be a fantastic place to work, too. Simply, eat here, support this business, this place is awesome - so much so that i had to write this review!”

“Just as we walked in, the point-of-sale terminal started having problems. The cashier was talking to the corporate support team, and they said they would be addressing it from their end. Then, the system completely locked up, and the crew was unable to process orders. Michelle, the manager-on-duty, handled the situation extremely well, and had one of the workers post a sign on the door indicating they were temporarily closed and that they could only handle pick-ups that had already been purchased online. There was one family who was caught in the middle of having their meals prepped when the system went down. Michelle instructed her crew to take their contact information and they would process the payment when the system was up. The customer was happy because they were able to get their order and get their kids home. I thought Michelle did a great job, working the situation (including being on the phone with support), dealing with the customers, and giving instructions to the rest of the crew. She showed great poise and calm, and the situation turned out better than I expected it to be. Great job, Michelle!”
