“Buck roofing answered my message on a weekend to schedule a roof inspection after some leaks came in with a heavy rain. They showed up in a matter of days (in between rain, so no issue) and quickly identified the issue. They gave a fair price and started work the next morning. While on my roof, they even sent before and after photos of the chimney so that I could see what the issue was before they resolved it and the completed job while I was at work.
