“I rented a 40 X 10 X 8 unit a year ago, the biggest unit I could find around. It's plenty of clean space to store a complete household worth of furniture and and boxes. Tom and Gretchen have been so easy to deal with and very helpful. Tom especially, when the moving truck came to unload. He helped the entire day it took to unload and store our stuff. Very responsive, very appreciated. The fact that the units are close enough to Wichita, and right off the interstate will make it handy when the time comes to move again. I am so relieved I found this place!”

“I absolutely loved using Security Storage!!! Their prices are affordable for the size you need the customer service is amazing and their all so friendly!!! I felt at ease using Security Storage not only because they had a locked gate which required a passcode to open and if you didnt have one well then you just werent getting in but cameras down every isle once in the gated area so if anything were to happen it was all caught of tape. They are open 24/7 which was also a life savor a few good times for me. I would most definitely recommend you use Security Storage if your needing your things stored safe and securely!!! If I ever need storage for anything again I will be going back to them for their services no doubt!!! Amazing Job Security Storage!!!”

We had almost given up when we stumbled on this newly opened location. We left a VM & were promptly called back by owner Jim. He pleasantly described the property layout and our various options. We then logged onto his user friendly website & immediately reserved one of his affordable 40’ sites. A few days later we regretted not reserving one of the 50’ sites. We contacted Jim & and he gladly modified our reservation to a 50’ without any hassle. Knowing that we were moving to Overland Park from out of state, Jim spent time on the phone with my husband answering several questions we had about the area. Super nice guy willing to go out of his way to help us out.”

Checked in 09:00 Door given immediately Started unloading 09:45 Finished 10:20 Go to shipping/receiving office after back your trailer up to the dock and give them the paperwork, go back and wait for the green light. Then go inside for your paperwork A lot of room to manuever, friendly staff and a gravel lot next to this facilities; you can just wait or stay overnight...really quiet place”
