Value City Furniture

My 7yr old son has been asking for a spinning circle chair for months. Since we are finally moving where he will have his own room, we went and picked one out. Jay was the employee who helped us. My son wanted to handle the transaction, and Jay spoke with him and addressed all the questions to my son. Jay was amazing! He used language my son could understand while also making sure he explained it thoroughly. He made my son feel so important and special. I’m extremely satisfied with our experience there.

Furniture delivery was great but factory was horrible. Furniture was delivered wrapped from factory and found black boot prints on the couch

I had a great experience at Value City Furniture today. Jay Smith was the salesman who assisted me. I was shopping for a smaller sofa and matching chair.
