Excellent place to workout! Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and all participants feel welcome. There is a great community feel where people of all skill levels and abilities are accepted and celebrated!

Love this gym! The programming is perfect for anyone at any level, and the coaches and community are the best out of all the crossfit gyms I have been to. Been coming here since December 2019 and have only gotten better thanks to their support and encouragement. And I finally got my fiancée to join!! ?

I started here in August 2019, 6 months so far, initially it was tough and exhausting, and it’s still the same, especially Saturday :), the difference is now recovery is much faster and once done the feel good factor kicks in. I feel like joining cross fit was one of the best decision of my life. Prior to this I was member of Silverlake for almost 2 years but wasn’t effective at all. Program here is great and coaches are the best, they have lot of patience especially for the new joiners and they make sure that the postures are right before you go heavy. Members are welcoming and very friendly. If fitness is your mantra then this is the place.
