Oh wow where do I start. I really had no hope finding a new car for my son in this crazy market. Then I called Kerry and I got Freddie! He was so wonderful and did not think I was crazy when I asked him if there were any corollas to be had. Sure enough he told me there was one on the ground. He was so kind as I told him we were from out of town but on the way. When we arrived the car was cleaned and perfect and in its own little one car showroom ! It exceeded all expectations- Freddie is wise beyond his years in how to interact with the public- me 47 my mom 77! He was amazing and we both felt in good hands. Neither of us had bought a car before without our SOs. Ryan was great in closing the financial side of things and helping us! Can’t recommend Kerry enough ! I truly felt like we got the golden ticket

I recently had an oil change at Kerry Toyota. When I returned home I notices a drop of oil under my car. I wiped it up, thinking it was just some excess. I placed a paper bag at that spot in case there was more. I had about one drop per week for about three weeks. I mentioned that in the survey for that service, and the next day I received a call from a manager. He asked me to bring my care back at my convenience and ask for him by name. I did so the next day. The service department found that the rubber seal on the oil filter had a slight split, allowing the very slow oil leak. They gave me a new one and sent me on my way. While it wasn't good that it happened in the first place, is was probably the sort of thing that no one could detect at the time of installation. I was very impressed that the dealership contacted me to fix the problem. So, for the overall experience with this, I must give Kerry Toyota a good grade.

Placed a call to service and got me in on a Saturday, in less than a week. It was related to a recall on our 2022 hybrid Highlander. They said it would take about 90 minutes and was done in an hour. The service advisor was very nice and she got me back on the road very efficiently. I was pleased with the waiting area that had free soft drinks and coffee. I will continue to use Kerry for my future needs.

Five years later and still providing the most excellent sales process from start to finish! The staff there are amazing and really treat you like your family! Keep up the amazing work! Their service department is terrific too and look forward to having them continue with maintenance on my new car.
If there was one thing I would change about the process, it would be the website. It is not mobile friendly, and honestly if I didn’t know how awesome everyone already was at Kerry Toyota Used and New Car Centers, I would have searched somewhere else.

Excellent from start to finish! I was looking for a used SUV with low miles, leather interior, and third row seating. Those were my only requirements. I didn't have time to look for myself so Dan Borlo and Jeremy Schmidt went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit. They were very patient with me in my decision making and any time I spoke with one of them or another member of their Toyota team they went above my expectations. Service after the sale has been wonderful. They have taken care of the vehicle inspection (since it was an out of state vehicle) and the tags. I also received a couple of phone calls to follow up with me and make sure things are going great with my SUV. I would highly recommend Kerry Toyota! Second to NONE!
