Jennifer is a cheery person with an eye for detail. She was very good at marketing the house and had it sold within a week. When the Buyer backed out of the sale for a personal reason, Jennifer was quick to contact another potential buyer who had showed interest at the open house. We had a second offer within 48 hoiurs. We feel like Jennifer did an excellent job with the sale of the house. But when the 2nd buyer and his agent kept requesting more and more money from US before or at the time of closing, we felt like she was not standing up for us. We were no longer i state and could not do much of what needed to be done before closing and we wish we had more help but understand that was beyond Jennifer's normal duties. We were thankful that she was patient with us and our inexperience. We had not sold a home in 25 years and that was in a different state.

Jennifer was an amazing resource and huge relief to work with. I have worked with realtors in the past, none have matched Jennifer’s professionalism and response time. It truly speaks wonders about her work ethic when she is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Jennifer made this process smooth, stress free, and as quick as possible.
