(January 26, 2022, 11:49 am)I recently received a new BPap machine from Lincare in Florence. I had no issues getting an appointment and everyone in the office was courteous and professional.
Jay took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the machine and my headgear fitment by actually hooking me up to my machine right there in his office.
He make sure to ask that I inform him of any issues that arose and when I did, he brought me in asap and we made changes. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with this place.
