Weaver farms is a great place to live, great staff, great maintenance, I recommend this community to anyone!

The landladies have been super nice and really helpful and they are great at listening to what their tenants have to say

I would like to thank Weaver Farm for giving me a chance that no one was willing to give me I’m a single mother and my first visit that I had with the management was amazing made me feel like I belong the staff is so nice and understanding I have been living here for almost 7 months any issues I have had they have resolved it right away. My neighbors are great we look out for one another and it’s not loud or anything, our complex looks so beautiful the apartments are stunning now that they have been remodeled and they still continue to find ways to improve this place. I’m beyond grateful that Weaver Farm gave me a chance and saw me as me and not just another money bag.

Great office staff. They try to be as accomodating as possible. I haven't had many issues in the 7 years that I've lived here, but the few I've had have been resolved quickly.
The maintenance guys do a great job of repairing things and keeping the property tidy.
Location is great. Just a few minutes from 71/75. You can be on Mall Rd. in 5 minutes or out in the country in 10.
