“This was my 1st time bringing my '13 Impala to get an oil change here. What a great experience! There was no line and William instructed me to pull my car into Bay 2. They checked my head & tail lights, high beams, turn signals and brake lights before they began the oil service. Their sign says 15 minute oil change, but I think it took them just a little more than 10 minutes. Raul was kind enough to inform me of other services I should get done to keep my Impala running top notch, with no pressure to have it done today. He showed me my cabin air filter which was REALLY bad and luckily they had 1 replacement filter on hand, so I had them replace that as well. The experience alone will make me come back to get my automatic transmission and radiator services. Shout out to William and Raul, along with the rest of the Valvoline Team for this great experience! I also thought their prices were reasonable. Thanks guys!!! I'll be back!!!”

“Highly recommend this dealership and Skip Jones. I was in search of a specific car - the only one in the country optioned like it was - and Skip helped me snag it! I should mention I live in Houston, TX and Jake Sweeney Fiat is just south of Cincinnati, OH. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a price, Skip promptly responded with a fair price (enough that I jumped and didn’t need further negotiations). We were near the end of the month, so the pressure to make a sale is always on, but I never felt that from anyone at the dealership. I flew in and the picked me up at the airport - in a lime green Alfa Romeo - very memorable. The porter was super nice. Once we got to the dealership I was in and out in 20 minutes. This is the place to go - if Jake Sweeney sells any brand of car your interested in I highly urge you to go here vs the competitor. I might even buy another car out of state from them - it was that pleasant.”

“This place is really amazing, I got a Groupon for a semi synthetic oil change with the new filter and rotation of the tires all for $17 which my first thought was there has to be something wrong with this place for the Groupon to be that cheap, prior to coming here I knew that I needed my front wheels changed and my car also had a few other things wrong that I was concerned about so when I got here and the gentleman(Mike)at the front desk was talking to me when he came back in from getting my mileage and he proceed told me that my front tires were pretty bad which I expected I told him that my budget wasn’t the best at the moment so then he gave me an estimate on how much it would be to buy three tires getting one free the price wasn’t too outrageous but it was a little bit too much for my budget at the moment so then he informed me of their finance program I didn’t think I would get approved because honestly my credit is horrible but it was a no credit Finance so the only thing I had to do was put some personal information down and $40 and I got approved, now I have an appointment to come back next Thursday and get all four new tires with free alignment warranty and rotation for as long as I have them, these guys are really awesome the customer service is outstanding and they didn’t take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman which happens a lot they were very understanding and very eager to help me and not just to make a quick buck but to really help me which is mind blowing, you don’t see that often in Auto shops this place is definitely going to be my go to for any car problems in the future. I highly recommend these guys if you haven’t tried them out please give them a chance they will not let you down. Thank you so much NRP you guys went beyond my expectations and I’m highly grateful.
