I recently saw David Stamper and I was really impressed with his attentiveness and professionalism. He took the time to go over my concerns and talk about a course of action to get me feeling better. I’ve really liked everyone in this office but he is my favorite by far! I also have a rare connective tissue disease and he knew what it was and info about it, normally I have to tell medical professionals what it is. He’s extremely friendly and you can tell he’s very passionate about his job and cares about his patients! Highly recommend!
Always professional. And explains everything in detail. Dr. Trumble is very helpful and caring.
I Would of gave zero stars but it wasn't an option. I'm writing this at midnight on day four of four day fever. Today I tried desperately to get into see my primary care physician to hopefully get diagnosed and to start a treatment regime. My wife logged onto her "My Chart" to see appointment availability and we were lucky to find there was an appointment available. I immediately logged on to my account to secure the appointment but found out that because I'm normally a pretty healthy guy and hadn't been to the Doctor in a while I was now re-classified as a new patient. The open appointment wasn't available to new patients and that the earliest I could be seen was September 1st, almost two weeks away. As I lay in bed shivering with fever my wife made several calls trying to schedule something sooner than September 1st with no avail. At around 5pm I received a call from a woman named Tammy who started the conversation with, "Sir, we treat the people in the office first and we can't just drop everything we do here for you." Obviously, not what I wanted and not the best way to start a conversation. I was then asked why it was so important that I schedule an appointment as soon as possible when it had been so long since my last visit. I then described my symptoms and was told that it sounded like COVID and I couldn't come in the office anyway. A strange business model for a Doctors office to not admit people in the building that they think might have COVID, a virus that shares symptoms with a host of other illnesses.
In summary if your relatively healthy and go to the doctor only when your sick find a different Primary Care, this one is not for you. (see update below)
Today I was contacted by someone from St. Elizabeth Physicians group. After a brief courteous discussion I received a Video appointment later in the day with Dr. Haney. My video appointment was very professional and the doctor prescribed medication to alleviate some of my symptoms. I saw a real effort to make what was a poor situation better and that's good enough for me.
Lauren Jones, APRN was great. She spent quality time with me for a new patient visit. She listened to & addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend her for primary care. The staff was organized, professional and helpful.
This is such a great office! From check-in to seeing the Doctor. It is efficient and easy. I did do online check-in, which I recommend. It makes the process even better. Dr. Haney always takes the time to listen and try to figure out what is going on. The staff is great and her assistant is amazing! That girl is always smiling. I couldn't recommend them more!
