  Jim Murray with Simple Fee Realty has been my sellers agent for 3 of my homes and has been the purchasing agent for 2 of my homes. My experience with Jim far exceeded the ones I have had with fully commissioned agents. His professionalism, knowledge, communication and responsiveness made these typically stressful transactions much more manageable. I highly recommend Jim if you are selling or purchasing a home.

  We’ve had the pleasure of working with Steve at Simple Fee Realty twice now! He helped us find our first home and subsequently when the Army notified us we were moving, helped us sell our home. He was very informative And responsive throughout the whole process. Steve ALWAYS had our best interest in mind and really helped us understand each process. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

  We used Simple Fee Realty to sell our last home, and it was smooth, professional, and easy. Our realtor, Melissa, was accessible any time I had questions, was prompt, and so easy to work with. We sold another home a few years prior, and the service she and Simple Fee Realty provided exceeded the service we received from our past realtor. I would use Simple Fee Realty and Melissa again in a second. We sold our house for a solid price we were happy with, and were able to keep more of the profit because of the flat fee commission structure they offer.

  We decided to try SFR for putting our home on the market. I will admit we were a little skeptical at first - but Melissa was amazing. The pictures were amazing, she worked with us on the listing and editing it.
  And then we listed - well we got tons of traffic online - and within a week we started getting visits
  Our home was a relatively high price vs normal and certainly on top end in our neighborhood. But the home was immaculate - it showed well
  
  Total sales fee to SFR was $1500
  We listed it as a buyer fee of 2.5%
  
  We sold it in less than 30 days (May - so right after Covid hit) for 98.5% of listing price
  
  We save a
  Bunch of money
  
  I highly recommend SFR and have told many family and friends about it

Jim Murray worked hard to help me find my first home and now 4 years later he helped me once again find my second in a very tough market. My first home sold quickly and I only had a short amount of time to find a new one that met my needs and Jim came though once again. I am really grateful for going through Simple Fee
