  After dealing with several different home theater installers over 10 years we believe that we finally found a guy who we can depend on and is trustworthy. Not to mention he has cleaned up and reconfigured our system to be more re. Ralph has been our guy for a couple years and has always given us straight answers. With any technology you have software updates(least expensive) or hardware updates(most expensive). Over the years we've expanded our speaker footprint to the back patio and he's always maxed out our hardware before he would recommend a costly upgrade. I've often felt that he may not charge enough for some of the services that he has provided. A very customer driven individual.

  Ralph and his team are fantastic when it comes to home automation. They do a great job on all phases of the project: concept, design, install and (especially and most importantly) post-sale support.

  Ralph and his employees do great work from start to finish. From explaining the different options to actually providing you with using your system. I’ve referred him to multiple folks. Ask him about the home automation from lights and thermostat to ceiling fans and your entire entertainment system.

  I built a new home in 2017 and started with working with Ralph and the Blue Chip team. It started with Control 4 home automation and home audio. I read some horror stories about other installers and learned very quickly that your home automation is only as good as the installer. Ralph’s service is impeccable. There are not many companies today where you can text the owner directly and get a response same day. Ralph allows you to build tour system at your pace and budget. You don’t feel pressured and I was able to add my outdoor audio then theatre room when the time was right. Give Ralph your vision and he can bring it to life. I needed a new rack in my basement and he actually gave me a trade in allowance for my old one. You won’t find that anywhere else. Thank you team for all of your help in our new home over the last 3 years.

  I have worked with Ralph for years. He has always been extremely accommodating and easy to work with. He is an expert in all things audio visual / networks/ home automation. Most importantly to me he is a trustworthy person that you can have in your home.
