(February 15, 2023, 10:36 am)I had a great experience. I came back from Florida ( not dressed for snow! ) my car wouldn’t start and a lovely man named Lance helped me and we got my car started . He was funny and kind and made my day. Thank you Lance he should get a promotion!
(February 8, 2023, 7:19 pm)We always use ValAir park! They should change it to VIP air because you typically get one on one service. Super courteous and no waiting on the shuttle. Lance was the driver this evening and he was SO nice and cautious.
(January 13, 2023, 11:49 am)I have been parking here regularly for over 2 years. The entire staff is fantastic. Just last night, Lance picked me up and since he didn’t see me waiting at the pick up, he went looking inside the main terminal. How kind and thoughtful!

(December 11, 2022, 4:14 pm)Lance Alan and the team here are absolutely wonderful. The parking was gated at the self park and the prices/service were by far better than any on site shuttle I’ve used. My flight was delayed and with a simple call, they were immediately waiting for me for pickup. When I arrived, the shuttle also was there within minutes. Will be using again!
