(November 5, 2020, 11:37 pm)The shrimp and grits was wonderful tonight. The food, drinks, servers and the atmosphere are always top notch. Stop by and try for yourself.
(September 14, 2020, 4:52 am)Decent, chef prepared meals found at this restaurant. I chose the bbq meatloaf. The flavor was better than average, and moister than most I have ever eaten. The addition of the onion straws and the fingerling potatoes was a nice touch.
(August 18, 2020, 9:37 pm)I had heard how great from friends that Kitchen 1883 actually is and boy were they right! I strolled into this large but very cozy restaurant and was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly staff that both eager to serve and attentive to my needs. On a recommendation I chose the codfish dinner and it far exceeded my expectations! They have a fully stocked bar and it is the perfect place to wile away a couple of hours! As Always, Enjoy!
(August 2, 2020, 12:07 pm)The food was delicious and the service was great! Their buffalo wings were well seasoned and are definitely a must try. They have shoestring style fries that are so good they’re hard to stop eating. Their patty melt is fantastic and has a delicious bacon jam.
Their mac and cheese left a lot to be desired in my opinion but is still better than restaurants who just make box mac and cheese. The mac and cheese still packs a lot of flavor but could use more cheese sauce and maybe a different cheese on top. I love Gouda but I’m not much of a smoked Gouda fan for cheese topping. For reference the mac and cheese I would usually seek out from a franchise restaurant would be Panera Bread white cheddar mac.
