He has exceptional customer service and is very observant of customer's request for specific details involving their truck. Nice job to Josh and his crew today.
(May 4, 2021, 3:35 pm)After a bad week on the road I decided to hit this Blue beacon in Walton, Kentucky. My truck was covered in a great deal of grime and hydraulic fluid. Upon arrival there was no line. When I pulled up I was quickly greeted by Travis and his crew. They were quick to ask me what I needed and then they were off to the races. I informed travis that the truck would probably need to be brushed down due to the encounter with the hydraulic fluid this week on the road. He was quick to inform his crew of this and they did it immediately. I drive a white truck so it is easy to see all the dirt and grime that is missed however there was no dirt or grime missed on this trip. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Blue Beacon yet! Thank you Travis and Crew!
