I had my break in service done on my Indian scout rogue at indian of northern Kentucky and I also upgraded to the stage 1 air intake and tune and I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received. The sales and service staff were amazing today! I drove 1.5 hours here and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this dealership and a job well done to the manager. This is the friendliness and transparency I hoped to find when I buy or get my bike serviced. They also had a impressive amount of bikes in stock. Side note I can’t believe how much more power my scout has after the stage 1 upgrade!

Best and easiest motorcycle purchased I have made. When you take a plane in the morning and plan on riding 600 miles back home you don't expect any surprises and that's exactly what Aaron in sales provided. The bike was as described and ready to go.
The dealership looks amazing and everything is very well organized. Keari gave me a very informative tour of the parts department, Dan from service went over the bike with me and finally Marty finalized the paperwork.

Everyone there are friendly and helpful. They helped me select my first bike and never tried to steer me into buying a more expensive one. Their focus was strictly my safety as a new rider and selecting a bike that fit my needs as a beginner but versatile enough that I wouldnt grow out of it in a year. Throughout the sale process I was engaged in conversation by several staff members. I really appreciated how nice everyone was and that they never once tried to take advantage of my ignorance. By the time I left I felt very confident with my purchase and felt better equipped with knowledge about this new hobby.

A great dealership, lots of options on bikes, parts and various other items. Every staff member is super friendly and willing to answer any questions about any bike without going on their phone to look anything up.

Ryan (who I talked to mostly) was especially excellent, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I had a great experience at this dealer. Not only did he answer all my questions with exceptional knowledge; he also took time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He made room in the mechanics busy schedule to add-on the parts I bought right then and there (took about 40 minutes for a LED light, and a saddlebag).
Ryan also was taking a trip to Tennessee, passing by my hometown of Lex, he offered to meet me in a public area to deliver my old bike seat that I couldn't carry on my bike. Something he definitely didn't have to do. Again, he went above and beyond inside and outside of his workplace.

I highly recommend coming here for any Indian parts you need or any bikes you'd like. Ryan is the best🙌

First time going inside and looking around. They were friendly, answered questions, but no pressure. They've got a nice selection of bikes from different brands. Nice place.
