At 10:30 am Doc was still a No Show. Payment is required upon patient arrival. NEW policy should be to collect payment after DOCTOR & patient arrive. However I am giving 4 stars ONLY because Robert kept me informed, rescheduled appt., sent me info via e-mail as I requested and gave me names of local dispensaries. Sadly, I cannot purchase anything because my 7 month doctor renewal has not happened yet. I am hopeful it will be resolved when I see the Doc in 2 days so I can change this to a 5 star review.
Returned & visit was excellent with Doc. I believe Robert is the greatest asset here.

THIS doctor appointment was the BEST we've ever been too. Got an appointment same day as making the initial contact. We sat in the office no more than 30 minutes total, and that's only because one ahead of us and being a new patient. But the music was good, we didn't mind. Absolutely recommend this Doc!

Sheena from the front desk was so nice and welcoming! And Robert from outtake helped me so much with my application and was super nice as well! Awesome staff here!

Fast friendly service. I went in to buy a certain car at a certain price considerably less than asking. It needed a little work but I left in the car I went for at the price I wanted have since completed repairs and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'll not only check Idrive 1st for my next vehicle purchase but I'll also refer anyone I know to them as well

Everybody at Idrive is really nice. They did everything they could for me. I have no credit and some bad marks. I still was able to leave with a better car then I have. Thank you guys your awesome

Great place to shop for a great vehicle. The iDrive Team are specialists when working with individuals with not so great credit or low cash down. As far as inventory? They have a mass selection. If you are looking for a new vehicle, make sure to make this place your first stop!

Came to this car lot with no hope, having just been turned away down the street at another car lot, the people running this lot are amazing, Mikel introduced himself right off the bat, was super friendly and informative, got approved for a car for a reasonable down payment and great payments a month that fit exactly what I was hoping for. Made sure I understood everything that I was doing and I ended up leaving with the car I've wanted for years but never thought I could get :) Mikel also took my car over before we left and washed it for me and got me all ready to go. Very thankful for this car lot they were truly human and compassionate and friendly and would recommend to anyone. Thank you IDrive Team! 😊

The staff was great and worked around my special situation and get me in and out with a lot of time to spare.
