Not sure why they have bad reviews, the office always answers when I call (which I do a lot because idk how life works most of the time), we had the amenities for most of the time in our 14 month lease (occasional closing for repairs but never for more than a couple months), I never had a problem with maintenance they were always there the very next day I put my service request in, nothing was ever not working for more than a day (a lot of the time it was user error 😬)

Heres a few things that i had a problem with but isnt a big deal: Parking wasn't too great, working night shift I never had parking near my building, the only thing I would say bothered me so much was the fact that I couldn't keep a storage container on my balcony, but also my 1 br apt. did not come with any storage space what's so ever so for the last 7 months I had to keep it in my dining room which kind of sucked 🙃, trash valet drops trash al over the complex and doesn't pick it up, trash sits on the stairs in my building and in front of the dumpsters forever.

Other than those things, I loved living here, price was good for being in Austin and I loved living South. ❤️

Toured with Larry yesterday and it was great! He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and was prepared for our visit. The apartment and grounds were clean and looked good! Thanks Larry!

Came back be the morning like he said at 930 to look at dishwasher

We weren't even a customer but our tire blew right before this business, we pulled into the parking lot, didn't even realize it was a car lot. We heard employees working on a car in the back and mentioned we needed a jack and a tire wrench, since we didn't have ours in the trunk. 3 employees came out and it felt like Nascar. We were back on the road in no time. We can't thank you enough for helping us it l out! We truly appreciate it! We will come back in the future to support your business!

Doug & his wife were great to work with! I bought my first car from them back in November 2015 & I had a great experience. Both are very kind & answered any & all questions or concerns I had. I was lucky to find this car & happy I could support a smaller business. Car still runs great! Not ONE issue! The car was sold to me in pristine condition & very very clean! Looked brand new!
