We have had a very positive experience at this location! From answering questions on the phone before we booked, booking online, picking up my keys, and move in day, everything was perfect. the staff/manager on duty each time was very kind and helpful. I felt valued as a customer and he answered all my questions as a first time storage unit renter. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Edit to add: our experience with Walton was great, however, the national company is very shady with their promotions. The store manager couldn't help me understand how to get the Amazon gift card as promised. When I got ahold of the national people, they informed me that I didn't qualify because I moved out early (completed my move). Even though I paid for over a full month, they would not honor their promotion. Very disappointed.
