Walmart Auto Care Centers

I always go here for oil changes and tires b/c it's easy. Have had 0 problems thus far. I'm giving 4 out of 5 just b/c I don't think Walmart as a whole has things set up right but it has nothing to do w/ the individual workers. They are totally fine.

These guys got the tire plugged & it didn’t take forever. Only reason 4 starts & not 5, we stopped in 15 min before closing. Instead of someone maybe having to stay an extra 10 minutes & doing it then, they had me come back tomorrow. When I got up, the tire had 10 lbs pressure & we basically had to drive back there on a flat.
I can’t EXPECT them to stay late to fix my tire. They don’t owe me that. However, that would be a 5 Star thing to do. Once they did it, it was timely & correct, and they didn’t try to con me into a new tire!

Had to get an oil change. The gentleman Named is Jackie, he changed our battery also, did an oil change. Which was difficult the placement of our battery was behind the passenger seat on the floor. Weird designed for a Chevy Traverse. Jackie was Very thorough and explained Everything, He was doing. Really Really Appreciated.. His Hard Work.. will be Back.. 😉😉

The guys here are great. They did an awesome job and I got a good set of tires for alittle over $100 a piece. Plus I had to pay for all the other. Getting rid of tires rotate and balance ..ECT. And my tires are not cheap. I drive a 4 wheel drive.
