Apex Plumbing Solutions

I have used Apex twice. Once for a disposal and again today for a water heater. Both times they were on time, professional and did great work. Marcus installed my water heater today. The temp was not as high as I liked after about four hours so he stopped by and adjusted it for me on his way home. If I need any future plumbing I will use them again.

Nick and Justin were outstanding in every way possible. They worked hard and got the job done quickly. They were also very friendly and explained what they were doing as the done it. My wife and I are very very pleased overall. Thanks again to Nick and Justin for such an awesome experience with our situation.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon & spoke with a nice lady who got me on the schedule the very next day to take care of my issue. Aaron & Corey arrived early after calling to make sure that was fine with me first. They both were professional & answered all my questions. Aaron was very knowledgeable & fixed the problem. He explained the rates upfront & thats what it was at the end.

Apex did a bathroom and extended remodel for me which included running a new sewer line from the detach apt to main house. Zach did the estimate and was great in communication during the job. Travis did the remodel and worked with Marcus on the plumbing portion to communicate everything on the job. Travis did a great job on going over any issues on the job and working with all of the details in each step. This is the 2nd time I have used them, they show up on time, do a great job and actually clean up after their work.

I am an elderly lady whose hot water heater developed a huge crack. It did not have a shut off valve on it for some reason so the water had to be shut off at the meter, and I was completely without water, hot or cold. I called over 5 plumbing companies and only one called me back (but not until too late) even though I told them how desperate I was. However, when I called Apex, and spoke to Mandy my problems were over. She was so kind and helpful and jumped through hoops to get me the earliest possible appointment, and she and Markus made it happen! I could not ask for better service. Markus is such a nice, polite young man and I felt very comfortable with him. He was so knowledgeable about the product, and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was quick and efficient, but so thorough. I am so grateful to Markus and Mandy for their excellent lever of customer care. I recommend Apex at the highest level.
