“Took my miniature dauschund for a nail trim and bath. He can back fresh and clean with well trimmed nails. They even gave him a festive bandana! They texted me to let me know he was ready and everything was personalized with his name. The groomer, Britnee, was ready when we got there and greeted Cagney by name. She did such a good job I took my golden retriever for a full grooming. Another excellent job as she listened to what I wanted and did not take too much off. He came back smelling great and very happy. Both dogs were very wary of me leaving them but were put at ease by her kind demeanor. Will definitely return!”

“I was blown away by the customer service and how quickly the guys at the Danville Store got our propane tank filled up when it unexpectedly got down to 0% while I was away. And they did all this one day before Thanksgiving at that! A huge shout out to Tim Nichols for helping us in our desperate time and for Neal who delivered it and was so beyond helpful and the nicest person! I truly can’t even put into words how thankful I am for them helping so fast and getting us taken care of with smiles on their faces and in their voices the entire time!
