I had driven an hour and a half from Louisville and had forgotten my wife’s name only was on the title of the trade in. And she wasn’t with me. I was about to have to go home and return in a few days to get her to sign paperwork. Instead. They offered to have one of their employees follow me home to Louisville just so my wife could sign the papers and I could take the truck home same day. Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. “I went in for a harness for my mini dachshund, they are hard to find that fit just right. I ended up asking Haley if she could help me find treats and toys for Stella, she's a dog that destroys all her toys. She ended up showing me a section of toys that she recommended. Another customer came in and needed help so I told her to go ahead, I had a few more things to look at. I had Penny, the mini dachshund, with me. Jennifer, the manager, came over and I mentioned a harness. Jennifer showed Haley and I the ones to try from Penny. Haley helped with the harness and we got the perfect one. This is the first time I've been into a pet store where all my questions were answered and I got their undivided attention. I definitely recommend them for all your pets needs. They also offer training classes and grooming. P.S. Stella absolutely loves her new toy and was carrying it in her mouth every where she went yesterday.”
