(July 24, 2021, 9:44 am)The Hotel was Super Clean and Nicely decorated. We were traveling with a service animal and thy gave us a room on the ground floor near the back door. Super convenient to walk our dog. The receptionists were polite and helpful. I purchased a beer at a small vending area. Breakfast was fine.
For a traveller that needs a clean room overnight convenient to I-65 and restaurants, I would highly recommend this Hotel.

(July 7, 2021, 12:02 pm)This was an overnight stop but such a good choice. Friendly front desk staff, clean spacious rooms, and a wonderful breakfast. After a week on the road, this was the first hotel with a breakfast which was very appreciated. There were also laundry machines on each floor.
(February 14, 2020, 9:41 pm)They really went the extra mile for me! I had forgotten about a tie that was very sentimental. After 6 months, I finally remembered that I had never picked it up from them. Their policy is not to keep anything around that long, but the manager still had it in her storage and found it right away! And even got a stain out that may have been more than 10 years old. Would highly recommend.
(November 7, 2019, 12:28 pm)EcoClean is great! I’ve been using EcoClean for about 6 months now, I came over from West Bank so I’m used to the higher pricing. It’s worth it for the high-class customer service and care for my garments that I didn’t see elsewhere. If I ever drop anything off that is questionable about how it’ll hold up in the washing process the manager reaches out to me before even attempting to clean it. I’m so amazed by the customer service of this place!!

They have an interest in each client and their team is very knowledgeable
regarding materials and what the best process to clean your garments.
They will go the extra length to get the job done even in emergency situations like the one we experienced with a WEDDING DRESS! I fear not anymore and solely recommend them as our go to cleaners.
(November 3, 2018, 1:51 am)Definitely our go to dry cleaners in Austin. The other stores in their chain is good to. Clean place and good staff. Their delivery time is faster and prices are good. I'll definitely recommend. This one is right next to Terra toys and there is able parking. They pack the dress well and cover it with plastic before delivery. They can find your order using your last name. They even have won some awards over the years, I saw it outside the store.
