amazing at getting you exactly what you want in a camper and they are ALWAY there after you buy to take care of you! We will never buy from anyone else.

So my wife and i recently bought from them. Bob, the owner, is fantastic. Not only was i able to get the best overall deal around on our new puma, he goes above and beyond to accommodate. I have emailed him-yes emailed the actual owner-and he will respond on evenings and weekends. His staff are great too. No one pushed me (or tried to push me) into a sale. His business model is go look in the lot and if you see something you like, we can chat. None of the big box camping store BS where they want someone on you at all times. It is a very non pretentious place. If you want a place that has a wonderful showcase of all the units-this is not your place. As for me, i don't want to pay extra for the flair. Very happy with them and already trust them for our future service/upgrade needs.

My father willed his camper to me when he passed on, and I have tried to learn everything I can about it, but still have a long ways to go.
Brought my camper in to Right Stop because I was having issues with the slide, and had some questions about the battery disconnect switch.
Tommy found that a wire had gotten wound around the wheel the drives the slide in and out, and was causing my breakers to pop. He fixed that and replaced the old (10+ years) with new ones and some other related issues, and took his time to do it right. I can appreciate a craftsman putting the effort in doing something right the first time, and am very glad he did that for me.
We talked about the sway issues I have when hauling the camper around, and we decided to upgrade my hitch based on that conversation! He wasn't trying to sell me, just telling me about ways to make it safer, and again, treated me like a friend rather than a customer!
Tommy and Right Stop have made a life-long customer and, though I hope I never need it, I'll feel confident bringing my camper back to them in the future.
I cannot speak highly enough about Tommy, Bob and Dana, they were all wonderful.
In today's dog-eat-dog world, it is refreshing to interact with a company and people that still try to make a difference.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Over memorial day weekend I showed up to a campground in Louisville and realized that my winterizing for my camper was not good enough my toilet valve had frozen and cracked. I quickly started calling around and Bob at Right Stop RV answered he told me they were closed for the weekend but he would turn around and go back and leave the part I needed outside so I wouldn't have a miserable vacation I got to Right Stop and sure enough the part I needed was there. This man didn't know me hasn't ever talked to me before but yet he took time out of his long weekend to come there and get me the parts I needed when all the other places told me they were closed or didn't answer. This type of customer service and dedication is what America needs. I am so thankful to Mr.Tobbe for helping me out when I needed it. I would definitely recommend stopping by for all your rv and camping needs if you are in the area

We found ourselves needing an emergency travel trailer repair during a trip to mammoth caves. We found Right Stop and Dana took a look right away. Dana was up front about not being able to perform the work that likely needed done, and cautioned driving anywhere wasn’t a safe option. She called around for us and was able to find the part we needed and someone who could fix it all in the parking lot at right stop. Thank you Dana for your honesty and assistance in getting us back on the road, safely, to enjoy our vacation!
