Holston Gases, and drilled down even further, Jim Monteith have come through for me time and time again. I operate a cryotherapy business in Bardstown, KY and often are caught off guard on needing to fill one of my tanks. One call to Jim and he ALWAYS does what he can to make sure I go without! That doesn't mean that I always get what I want, it kinda does, but he does not promise that, but it means he does everything he can to try. That means the world to me that Holston and Jim go the extra lengths to ensure that my business keeps running! I would highly recommend them to any company or individual needing their services!

I use Holston for my RV tank refill and would recomend them for anyone that needs to be refilled. They are very helpful and always professional. We have a small RV rental business that requires constant tank refills. The office staff is quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Recently we needed gas for are argon cylinder, my husband took in as usual and they said his tank had expired. Since we always just exchange our tank regularly, we didn't know anything about them expiring. We were charged a retesting fee in order to get a new one, plus buy the new gas. I called and spoke to the management and explained the situation, they took care of us, and they refunded the $45 dollar retesting fee. They are going to purchase some new cylinders and go thru old ones in order to make sure they are not close to expiring soon, and that this does not mistakenly happen to another customer. Thank you for the great customer service you provided, when you issued a refund on the retesting fee. We will definitely continue purchasing our gas there as usual.
