(December 27, 2021, 4:15 pm)I called Hillside Hearth when my ventless gas fireplace stopped working. They quoted me a flat rate to come out and service it. The friendly technician (Steve) called 30 minutes before arrival. Steve was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Long story short... they showed up on time, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what they had quoted. He even taught me how to clean it myself to prevent future problems.
