(March 3, 2022, 7:41 pm)I was cleaning out my storage unit today at light house storage around 5 today and there were 2 officers there. I accidentally locked my keys in my truck and asked one of the officers if they had a slim Jim. One of the officers that had a mustache was extremely kind and willing to help and offered to have the FD come help. I just want the department to know that they have one awesome officer, I wish I could get you his name. I know there is alot of negativity with the PD now days but this literally goes to show there are still some really awesome officers out there!

(October 24, 2018, 2:52 pm)Officer Scott Creason in my opinion was an angel in disguise. My husband is 75 and me 65 and we broke down with a boat attached half on and half off the rd. The officer went above and beyond to get us a wrecker that pulled both truck and boat and helped us stay calm and drove us to repair place to make sure vehicle got there ok and then proceeded to take us and our dog to a place that was pet friendly for the night near the repair place. He was a life saver. Thank you officer Scott
