I have been a patient at FAA for 5 years now. I initially started my care at the Bullitt County location, then Fern Creek, and now back to Bullitt County. Ashley L. is the most amazing shot room nurse I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is knowledgable in her practice, extremely kind and considerate. When she moved locations from Fern Creek to Bullitt County, I was absolutely sure I would follow her. This nurse deserves more than any employer could give her!! Thank you for all you do Ashley L

Dr. Coyle is a very knowledgeable doctor who shows a genuine interest in your welfare. He thoroughly explains the treatment plan prescribed for your particular symptoms.

The doctor and nurses really listen and care about their patients and want to bring relief to them. Very personable.

I’ve been with Family Allergy & Asthma for some time now. I moved last year so this was my first visit at this location and I was very impressed to say the least.
From scheduling to the office receptionist she was very polite and respectful, as a patient that first impression is important.
I seen a Nurse Practitioner which to me was like seeing a Dr. she was that well Knowledge. This Particular office was more than I anticipated the Nurse went above and beyond to take care of my conditions with allergy.
She gave me some much needed prescriptions for my conditions because I went a year without my shots because of C-19 and the move.
She also ordered a allergy test so I can get back on my shots. I’m very happy with this office the staff is incredible and made me feel comfortable again as a patient this was important.
I highly recommend this office you won’t be disappointed, I know I wasn’t.
