I called a bit late one evening, technically right after closing time. Still, a very sweet, helpful, attentive and sympathetic woman answered my call and they created and delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement. It was perfect and delivered at the perfect time, it really meant a lot to those involved, especially including myself.

Thank you so much! The lady was so kind as my wife ordered a dish garden basket for a funeral. My wife would not be able to attend so ask her sister to send a picture of the basket. This wonderful florist fixed up the most beautiful basket with a bluebird peeking out. We will be forever customers. Thank you again.

I ordered a peace lily for my Grandfather's funeral from Fran's and was very happy with the price and appearance of the plant. It was larger than I expected it to be and had a lot of beautiful blooms. I will continue to buy romantic this location. The prices and good service can't be beat!

I called 2 days before Valentine's Day to order something for a funeral that was being held right down the street from their store. The woman who helped me over the phone was just a helper for the Valentine's holiday and was very sweet. I told her I wanted something like a plaque or wind chime to be sent over and she read to me one's that would be appropriate. She was very helpful and polite. She gave me something within my price point and I even had some money left over also order a small flower arrangement. They didn't even charge a delivery fee since the funeral home was just down their street. If I ever need anything ordered again in Shepherdsville, I will definitely order from them!
