I deleted my other review. They made a mistake which left me with no money for a day but it did get fixed. Ken is a great guy who helped me out with changing the primary card and offered food out of their frozen meals cooler and drinks. Racheal having her other general manager fix the issue by faxing my bank helped me out too! My bank immediately put the money back in soon as they got the fax.
As my last review mentioned, the rooms are clean, area is great as there are lots of stores and restaurants near by. Only thing that I wish hotels would go back to normal is the breakfast. It's not just this hotel, they all quit doing the eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit breakfasts. Still, they have a few options to choose from at least. Kens an awesome worker!!!! He deserves a raise. He builds relationships with customers and he jumped on making coffee when I came out this morning on top of the start to fixing my issue. Thanks for the great customer service

One of the cleanest Hotel, I have been in. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The Regional Manager Chuck who works here always greeted me with a smile and acknowledged me by name. The hotel room was very clean and the king size bed was so comfortable. Thank you to all the employees here, I would highly recommend you staying here. One if the best Hotels in Butler Pennsylvania!!!! 😊😊😊😊
