(January 18, 2022, 7:29 pm)My three kids and I have been going here since my daughter was roughly 3. Love the promptness of appts. If We are sick we don’t wait 3 days. We’ve always been seen same day if I call first thing in the morning. Karen has always taken care of our family.

(May 12, 2021, 9:14 am)My family has used Shepherdsville Family Health Clinic for years. I have never had trouble getting an appointment or prescriptions refilled. I have always felt that we were listened to when in the office and have had follow up calls after weekends. My brother is handicap and has been going there for nearly 7 years now and they have been overly patient with him. We are blessed to have Karen as our Family Healthcare Provider.

(May 1, 2021, 6:34 pm)I absolutely love the friendliness off the people here! The nurse practitioner is the best! She really listens and genuinely cares! She’s great with my kids and other family that are patients. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
