I had a great experience today at this tmobile store.. the staff was soo helpful knowledgeable and patient with me making a decision. They also entertaining and made me feel very comfortable!!! i decided on the iPhone 13at the end .. Thankyou guys soo much for making my birthday.. Shayla, Gabriel and Angela .. awesome team !! 💕

Angela and her team set 2 of us up with new phones and the transfer from old phones went smoothly.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Sales Associate Angela was great. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

The representative at this store is a real treasure. I only wish that your people in our home town of St Augustine knew half as much as she did.....They couldn't help me at all in our store & we were preparing for our trip to Arizona and they advised me to call corporate to run a diagnostic on it. The young lady in this store fixed my "no cell data" issue in less than 5 minutes. I only wish I had gotten her name. It was approximately 11:30 am when we walked in off the street on Monday 11/22/21 if that helps.
