We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service. “I just had Blane from Derby City Pest come do a termite inspection for a house I’m buying, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only was he able to squeeze me in, he was able to come the day after calling him. He was very friendly from the start, and super knowledgeable about his craft. When I mentioned that we usually have an ant problem in the warmer months, he made sure that I was using the right stuff that was also safe for our dog.
