“I frequent my local Dollar General almost daily and have a generally good experience every time. The only issue I have with the store here in my little town is the lack of efficient use of their limited retail space. It would seem that it would make more sense to discontinue the items that do not sell to make more room for the things that they are out of half the time. Things that people buy daily. There is a Family Dollar store about 2 blocks away that has the same issue, so usually if one is out of something, you can find it at the other. It's still kind of a pain in the butt to have to go to two places.”

“We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service. “With the December storm our home suffered roof damage as with many across the state. We were blessed to have minor damages compared to so many. The storm damage of course brought a leak with it. The above business was fast to do the initial inspection and put a tarp on at no cost till repairs could be made. Final repairs were made in a timely manner, and we are now leak free as its raining now. Nice to have a local business to depend on in hard situations that require quick services. Would like to issue a special Thanks to our repairman Nick for his professional work ethic and helping me move some outside furniture that got blown over during the storm. Nick kindly offered to help me move after noticing this old man struggling to move such items. Will be calling this summer to replace my garage roof.”
