“The Staff at the Shepherdsville, KY office were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I live 40 miles from their office. Since during Covid they are unable to do same day dentures, to keep me from making so many trips to the office they suggested doing my impressions for my dentures the same day as my consult. This way when I go in next week for my surgery they will have my new dentures ready. The dentist is very nice and easy to work with. She and I were able to come up with an excellent treatment plan. She was all for doing what was best for me in the long run. The rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. I have mobility issues and they were great about opening doors and making sure that I got in and out of their office easily.”

“Being a retired veteran of 20 years Army service, I normally get my haircut out at Ft Knox, but my normal barber was out and I needed a haircut before going on a short vacation. I scheduled an appointment with Debbie through the Booksey app. I thought I'd get a decent haircut, then let it grow out and go back to my normal barber. Debbie did a fantastic job on my high and tight! The conversation was great and the shop was very clean; disinfectant was everywhere (hand, wipes, and aerosole). I've been getting my haircut at Ft Knox since 2003,..Today I found a new Barber Shop.”

“I recently moved to Louisville KY from Seattle WA. When I started my journey I called several RV parks. Most did not answer or return my call. Some had terrible reviews and people that acted like they did not care if I stayed or not. When I called Annie at Brooks, I was blown away. Since it was 4 months prior to my move she did not remember talking to me. That told me she was genuine about caring for the park. I moved in November and was blown away at the staff. Joe is awesome! Has helped me move and always smiles. Glen always waves to my wife and I as we come and go, he even loaned me tools! Annie told me when I got here they were cleaning up, THEY have! We have decided to stay here instead of a home purchase because the neighbors have become friends. Tracy and I love it here! Thank you Brooks RV Park and STAFF for making this a home!”
