We drove 25 mins out of our way to have Martin Padgett take great care of my car and found what was wrong with it...since Hyundai Florence said they had no idea but still charged me over $100 with poor customer service.

I got a text in case I needed to contact them during the service appointment, I'm always shown to a nice seating area with a vending machine, and my car is always really well taken care of. Haven't had one complaint since the day I bought my car here!

(June 30, 2020, 6:04 pm)Just bought a used Hyundai from a diffrent dealership which was not a Hyundai dealer. Called Kerry Hyundai - Alexandria, Ky and ask if they would look over my vehicle to make sure it was functional. They scheduled me right away free of charge. All was good and I even had an oil change done! Excellent customer service from the service department! Thank you Kerry Hyundai - Alexandria!
(October 7, 2016, 10:46 pm)I've always had amazing service at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria. I've been taking my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe to Kerry Hyundai since I bought it back in December. Usually just for regular oil changes and maintenance. Their prices have always been fair and appointments have all been quick. I started having issues with low power steering fluid last Saturday, got my car in on Thursday and my power steering pump was leaking. They replaced it under warranty and had it back to me Friday. They also gave me a loaner car to drive within 30 minutes of diagnosing the issue. I can't recommend this place enough!
