  After more than 35 years, we found it necessary to transfer our home and auto insurance to a new Agency. Tiffany and Sue Neal's State Farm Agency made the process so much easier than expected. The initial quote that I received was easy to understand and Tiffany responded to any questions with great knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Sue Neal's office to anyone that also finds themselves shopping for new coverage.

  My family and I have been with State Farm for decades. We started with Sue's Dad and continued after his passing. They always take the time to make sure that any and all of our questions are answered in a timely manner. They are well-informed on all the insurance policies that they have to offer and help their clients understand the details of each one. I whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone who may be looking for insurance. Two thumbs up!

  Excellent communication and help with switching from another higher priced competitor. Lisa at Sue’s office was extremely efficient with returning calls and emails during the process. She was prompt with her replies and forewarned us of when she was not available too so we weren’t wondering when we’d get an answer. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

  When I turned 18 and bought my first car I didn’t know how insurance worked. This office is above and beyond. They explained it in a way that made sense to me and went out of their way to find the best rates for me and helped me achieve them. I now have two vehicles with Sue Neal and I couldn’t be happier! Really affordable and everyone in this office is supportive and kind. 100% recommend!

  My family has always been a State Farm family with Sue Neal’s Agency - so, of course, I got myself set up here as well with such ease in transitioning to my own policies! I highly recommend newbies to reach out for help because they take all the guesswork out of it & are proactive in making sure it’s a smooth transition. You’d be well taken care of with quick responses and setup help!
