  We had a house fire and had to replace a lot of furniture. Furniture Fair was great at helping me get what I wanted and with holding the purchases till we were able to get back in the house. The salespeople were a great help.

  I wanted to take the time to write a thank you to Lynn Nagel and her manager, and the gentleman (I didn't catch their names) that helped with paperwork and loading at the Cold Spring, KY store. They gave excellent customer service both over the phone and in-person when I made a big purchase of a sleeper sofa and several mattresses. I appreciate you working with us to find what we needed at a price we could afford. I will definitely tell others about your store:) Please reach out to them and tell them thanks on a job well done.   Jeremy was very friendly and a delight to work with. He was very helpful in helping us find the furniture we were looking for. He gave us great suggestions and never acted like we were taking up too much of his time. He is a perfect representation of great customer service. He even knew who we were when we walked in the door even though he had not seen us in over two months. He is definitely an asset to your store.

  We often come to our local Furniture Fair when we need to replace furniture. It has a large variety and is very convenient to us. Yesterday we stopped in with just the intent of getting ideas for replacing our Family Room furniture and John Landry was so helpful that we ended up walking out with an order for a couch (specially ordered), 2 chairs and an ottoman that we LOVE! He really took time to listen to our needs (we have 3 dogs!) and educated us on the best materials to try. Thanks JOHN!
