Tri-State Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Cold Spring

I am 22 getting wisdom teeth out, they were very courteous and helpful making sure I wouldn't be nervous about the surgery. The staff was nice at the front desk was polite as well.

Dr. Pagnotto and his staff were so helpful and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I was very scared of Anastasia and really didn’t even want to take care of the problem. I also was cautious of going to this dental practice because of the reviews wrote on here, which gave me even more anxiety. When I arrived to the dental office everyone was so nice and accommodating. When I was taken back to have my procedure done, Nicole the dental assistant was absolutely amazing. Nicole stayed in the room with me before the procedure started made me feel so much better she truly made my experience better. The nurse Sakae was so kind and comforting as well doing everything she could to make sure I was ok. I have had no problem with my billing or overcharging. I paid exactly what I agreed to. I definitely will be going back.
