(May 10, 2018, 7:59 am)Griity gym with the good kind of meat heads. The owners are very relaxed and welcoming. The space isn't huge but it has everything you need. If you want motivation to go to the gym, or advice on how to lift more, get bigger, or simply lift in general, there are a ton of guys there that are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Equipment is dated but let's be honest, it worked back then for Arnold, so it will work for you. They also have a tire, personal training, and 24 he access. If you hate big commercial box gyms and need to pump some heavy iron, this is the place for you.

Currently training with Kevin Grantlin 2 days a week! Try to attend any boot camp offers too! If you want to maintain, loose, or gain he can help! All gyms are unique and I love working with Kevin!!
