Best therapist this side of the Mississippi! Amita is awesome and helped me get through PTSD and Panic attacks. I’m eternally grateful for her. 10/10 would recommend!

Amita is truly amazing. I started therapy initially for my PTSD and anxiety. The use of EMDR has helped me gain control back of my life instead of being controlled by my symptoms. She has also taught me how to better manage my anxiety. When I first started, I was lost and didn't have hope of getting better. Now I have made so many strides and have been a better me with the help of Amita! She also offered an 8 week Mindfulness class that was very helpful. The class taught me how to practice mindfullness in my daily life, including work, relationships, and in general.

Amita is amazing! She is the sole reason that I felt hope and happiness again after a very painful divorce. Her advice is very constructive and makes complete sense. She sees the circumstance and calls out the blind spots that aren't always easy to see when you are so close to a situation and gives tools and direction on how to improve. There were many situations that I found almost impossible to deal with and she gave me advice that worked every time and helped me get through. I would highly recommend Amita to anyone going through a tough spot in life. She will not only get you through, she will help you live your best life. I know this because I am doing that now!
